When the charging valve is opened to inflate the empty bottle, the two sensors on the air plate will be inflated at the same time. When the gas in the bottle reaches a preset value, the pressure sensor in the bottle will send a termination inflation signal to the CPU motherboard, and the charging valve will be closed.
The bottle body expands under the action of air pressure, and this period of time is called the stability time. When this time is complete, the separator valve (VNA112A) separates the reference pressure from the pressure inside the bottle and begins to measure the time again. At this time, the body of the tested bottle will continue to expand, but the speed of expansion has slowed down. At this time, the reference pressure is greater than the pressure inside the bottle, resulting in a negative differential pressure -DP. When the test bottle has a leak hole, the differential pressure value will be larger than this value, and the leak detection machine is to find an appropriate differential pressure value between the good bottle and the leak bottle as the set value, and on this basis, the leak bottle automatically detected and discharged.
The basic principle of the leak detection machine is to fill a certain pressure of clean air into the bottle to be tested, by analyzing the change of pressure in the bottle to determine whether the blown plastic bottle is qualified or not. It is known from the principle that the material, capacity, shape, wall thickness, temperature, pressure inside the bottle and stability time of the tested bottle will directly affect the repeatability of the differential pressure value, that is, the differential pressure value is not a measured value. The value will change with the above various factors, based on the same batch, under the same environment, the same thickness and color of the blow molding product on the same day, the better the repeatability of the test results.
The leak detection machine uses the method of differential pressure analysis to detect leaks, fully understand its physical phenomenon, make use of its characteristics, and correctly set the value in order to detect each leak bottle.
